/run-codex-grok — a guided, adaptive walkthrough that gets someone up and running with the Codex (OpenAI) and Grok (xAI, default model grok-4.5) command-line agents. It detects what is already installed, installs whatever is missing (brew/npm for Codex, the official x.ai installer for Grok), hands off the one-time browser sign-in to the person, verifies each CLI works with a real smoke test, runs a live demo, and then shows the day-to-day usage patterns — direct one-shot calls plus HQ's /ask-model and /bake-off.
