1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using HQ, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of the terms, you must discontinue use of our services.

2. Use of Services

• You agree to use HQ for lawful purposes only.
• You will not use the service in any way that may impair its functionality or interfere with other users.

3. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Intellectual Property

• All content provided by HQ, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by HQ and protected by applicable laws.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.

5. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect and use your information.

6. AI Processing of Connected App Data

• When you connect an app such as Google Workspace and ask an HQ agent to use it, HQ sends the data needed for your request to the agent's AI provider and uses it only to perform the task you asked for.
• When the agent uses an AI account that HQ provides, the provider is Anthropic, OpenAI, or xAI. They process this data on our behalf under business terms that limit their use of it to providing the service. They may not use it to train their models, and they may keep it for a limited time for abuse and safety monitoring or as the law requires.
• We do not use connected-app data, including Google user data, to train generalized AI or machine learning models, and we do not sell it or use it for advertising.
• When the agent uses an AI account that you or your company connect, including an agent hosted by HQ that is signed in with your own AI account, that provider processes the data under your own agreement with it, and you are responsible for that account's data and training settings.
• HQ asks you to confirm each change an agent makes to your connected-app data before it happens. Our Privacy Policy describes the data each Google capability uses, how long it is kept, and how to delete it.

7. Limitation of Liability

• HQ is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to HQ at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
