How does pricing work?
Sign up free and get $10 of usage included every month. New accounts also start with a 30-day free trial that covers up to $500 of usage. After that you pay as you go at the rates above. There are no seat fees, and deploys, DMs and background AI are free.
What is the vault fee?
Each company vault and each personal vault is $5 per month. It is billed as usage, so the $10 included each month covers it, and it is waived during the trial.
What does a hosted AI agent cost?
Each hosted agent runs on its own box, billed monthly by size: small (t3.small) $100, medium (t3.medium) $200, large (t3.large) $400, xlarge (t3.xlarge) $800. Bots you run on your own computer have no box fee.
Can I run HQ without the cloud?
Yes. Run the open-source HQ core (MIT license) and the HQ CLI on your own machines, with no HQ account and no cloud. Your files stay on your hardware. Advanced, enterprise and government teams can run it self-hosted or on-prem. The guide linked above shows how.
What does the enterprise option include?
