How they deliver
For Deux par Deux, we ran a hands-on AI enablement sprint with the ecommerce team and built the plan around their real workflows. During the sprint, we helped the team create 12 reusable Claude skills for email, reporting, customer service, logistics, and social content. The final plan documented the adoption blockers, assigned internal owners, and prioritized the next builds: product creation automation, a shared knowledge and skills library, a data warehouse and KPI dashboard, QA agents, and Figma-to-Klaviyo. They left with working tools and an implementation sequence they could act on immediately.
